Jose Val
Founder & CEO
A creative and versatile Business Consultant, Jose brings to the Mantra team over 20 years of experience in marketing and business development. Moved to Miami in 2000 following his dreams and entrepreneurial curiosity.
Jose’s involvement in Art & Music- and all of its branches, has given him the ability to connect with audiences of all backgrounds and cultures. Being both creative and engaging with people are some of his greatest strengths.
Jose’s creative vision kicked off in his early years working as a junior producer for famous T.V shows in his hometown, to later expand his career in Miami where he had the opportunity to work alongside the very best media and producers in the industry.
When it came time for Jose to create MANTRA, his main goal was to build a team of experts and collectively contribute with new ideas to develop, build and transform brands and empower them to stand out from the competition.
Marisol Hernandez
Logistics Director
Marisol has over 15 years of proven flawless execution in planning and implementing marketing communications strategies and delivering hands-on execution for top-tier corporate global brands.
Her acquired skills and abilities come from her experience in corporate external & internal communications; Event management; Branding; Content development; Budget management; Execution at a regional level. Marisol has been an inspiring and successful team leader, providing tactical and strategic support for multiple clients from all types of industries, with the ability to successfully handle multiple projects, events and executions under tight deadlines and providing stellar results and delivery.
Marisol holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a master’s degree in International Studies. Her optimistic, creative and energetic personality traits embraces our Mantra mission to empower brands and deliver the highest level of service to all of our clients.
